 Voice didn`t work.
The Classic Phone Tools would not reconize my modem as a voice modem where other utilities did.

Voice mail dosn`t work.
Purchased classic phone tools on 11-14-07 both download and backup cd. Can not get voice mail to work, button on software is missing. I have a voice/modem and have been using older copy of phone tools for years but the new version does not work. E-mailed customer service and tech support. No answers.

Useful Add on to the tool
Referring to Windows Vista environment, useful add on to the excellent Phone tool could be: 1. Incoming fax received even if the tool has not been activated (to perform this feature I had to put the execution of program into "Automatic execution programs); 2. Allow to MS Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.) to send a file to fax for transmission.
